Our classes run on a ten week term, however, there is no limit on how long you can attend an AFAMH group, you can join for one term or continue to attend indefinitely. We believe that long-term attendance of a therapeutic intervention such as an creative activity can have a profound impact on a persons sustained well-being.

Our classes offer a safe and inclusive space where you can use the process of being creative therapeutically to help alleviate and sustainably improve your mental health condition and overall well-being.
