Practical Information
All sessions are facilitated by experienced arts and mental health tutors and are free* to
attend. Materials are provided, although participants are welcome to bring their own.
*A voluntary contribution of £2 per session is suggested to help towards refreshments and materials.
Sessions run for ten-week terms and there is no limit on how long participants can attend.
People may join for one term or continue attending longer-term. We understand that regular
engagement in therapeutic creative activity, and as part of a community, can have a
meaningful and lasting impact on sustained mental wellbeing.
Our sessions provide a safe and inclusive space where the process of being creative can be
used therapeutically to support and improve mental health and overall wellbeing.
